Eva Carr is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 7 years experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has been with BI&C since the opening in 2012 and after receiving her BCBA in 2016, she was made the clinical director of the Montgomery Language Academy. Eva oversees all of the language-based programs and provides our families and RBTS with regular support to ensure quality programming.
Erin Elfers, M.A., BCBA
Erin Elfers is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disabilities, and behavior disorders in the school, home, and community settings for over fifteen years in several states as well as internationally in Switzerland. She has presented at several conferences and taught online courses about ASD for Virginia Commonwealth University.
She earned her Master's Degree in Special Education as well as her Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis and teaching certification from Vanderbilt University in 2008. She specializes in teacher and caregiver training and developing Applied Verbal Behavior programs and function-based behavior plans. She is very interested in teaching individuals using play-based methods and natural teaching opportunities. She currently consults and supervises teams in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
Lyndsey Hering
Lyndsey is currently enrolled in the Behavior Analysis program at the University of Cincinnati with an expected graduation date of December, 2016. Lyndsey has worked with children with autism for the past 3 years in the home, clinical, and school settings.
